How we hold it
The record is the result of boring discipline.
- Every driver is CDL qualified. All 35 of them, verified, not "mostly".
- Safety is its own department. It is not a task bolted onto dispatch, and it has its own line and inbox at safety@rotransfreight.com.
- Equipment is maintained in house so faults get caught in the yard rather than on a shoulder.
- No hazmat. We stay inside what we are equipped and trained to carry.
