We hire CDL drivers to run our own equipment on interstate full truckload freight. Here is exactly what the job is, so you can decide before you spend time on an application.
The job
What you would actually be running.
- Equipment: a company tractor from our fleet of 35, pulling our own trailers. You are not leasing it and you are not maintaining it out of pocket.
- Freight: full truckload only, general freight, dry van. No hazmat endorsement required.
- Lanes: interstate, beyond 100 miles. This is over the road work, not local delivery.
- Dispatch: one desk, in house, with an after-hours line so you are not stranded overnight.

What we need from you.
A record we can verify
We run below the national roadside out-of-service averages and we intend to keep it that way. Expect the usual MVR, employment history and DOT checks.
Willingness to run OTR
The freight is interstate. If you are looking for daily home time in one metro, we are probably not the right fit, and we would rather say so now.
Pay and home time
Let us talk numbers directly.
Pay depends on experience, endorsements and the lanes you are willing to run, so we would rather quote you honestly on a call than post a headline rate that does not apply to you. Send the application and a recruiter will go through pay, home time and benefits with you.
